Yes! We offer pet-friendly apartments in Charlotte, welcoming cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions and pet fees apply.

Is there in-home laundry?
Each of our one and two-bedroom apartments are equipped with a washer and dryer.
Does The Calvert offer apartments with luxury finishes?
Yes! Our homes feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, designer fixtures, farmhouse sinks, and wood-style flooring to create a modern living space.
Do any apartments have private balconies?
Select apartment homes include private balconies where residents can enjoy fresh air and, in some homes, views of the Charlotte skyline.

Are there spaces to work from home?
Yes. We offer co-working spaces along with a complimentary coffee bar, giving residents a comfortable place to work without leaving the community.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer on-site resident parking. Our community includes a parking garage, controlled-access entry, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately 5 miles away, or about a 10-minute drive under normal traffic conditions. Whether you're traveling for work or welcoming out-of-town guests, the airport is close enough to make travel simple and convenient.

Our community is less than 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte, making it easy to reach the city's business district in about 5 minutes by car. Is The Calvert convenient for commuting to major Charlotte employers?
