Pet Policy

Cats & Dogs Accepted
Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
Weight Limit: 85 lbs per pet
One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 for first pet and $250 for second pet.
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Breed Restrictions Apply: Exotic pets and reptiles are prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome without fee rent. Veterinary documentation must be provided to include breed, weight once fully grown and current vaccination records at time of occupancy. The following is a noncomprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, and mixes of these breeds. Management has discretion regarding pet policy.
